If you have trading income, together we look at on and offline opportunities — retail Gift Aid, are you collecting supporter emails, and is your shop telling your story to the people who walk through the door?

9. Events and Campaigns

Together we look at the true cost of your events versus the return. Is your marketing material branded and does it give people a clear message? Remember — events are about getting your story heard, not just income on the day.

10. Income-Related Costs Review
