Plain English summary: I collect only the information needed to provide my consultancy services. When you book a session, enquire about my services, or contact me directly, I may collect:

  • Your organisation name and role
  • Details of the session you have booked
  • Any information you share with me during our sessions
  • Basic website usage data (via Squarespace analytics)

3. How I use your information

I use the information you provide only to:

  • Confirm and manage your bookings
  • Send you appointment reminders and preparation guides
  • Deliver the consultancy services you have booked
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Improve my services based on your feedback

I do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. I will only contact you in relation to services you have booked or enquired about.

4. Who I share your information with

I use the following third-party tools to run my business. Your data may be processed by these services as part of normal business operations:

  • Acuity Scheduling (by Squarespace) — used to manage bookings and send appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Google Workspace — used for email, calendar and video meetings (Google Meet)
  • Squarespace — used to host this website

I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. How long I keep your information

Booking and session records are kept for up to 2 years in case you return as a client or for reference purposes. If you would like your information deleted sooner, please contact me and I will do so promptly.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you
  • Ask me to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask me to delete your information
  • Object to how I use your information
  • Withdraw consent at any time
